Session 1 SEPTEMBER Birth Prep Course: Day 1

Hello and thank you for your interest in my childbirth education class to prepare you for a positive labor/birth experience!  I only have room for 4-5 couples, so this class will be extremely personalized for you!

This class will cover a general overview of birth phases, exercises for your pregnancy to help baby be in a great position for birth, common interventions offered with their risks and benefits, tips for your partner to support you during labor, relaxation techniques, creating your birth plan, a brief explanation of what to expect during postpartum, and so much more!
